My Customers
Over more than 20 years, I’ve worked on projects of many different sizes and across a range of industries. Some were short and focused, while others grew into long-term collaborations.
This is only a selection of my work. Many projects are confidential, so I can’t share their details or name the companies involved.
The projects shown here range from work with individual businesses and startups to projects delivered together with agencies. Each one reflects a different problem to solve, system to improve, or idea to turn into working software.

-
Website Platform Infrastructure
I helped establish the technical foundation for publishing multiple company websites on a shared technology stack. The platform was built around Next.js and PostgreSQL, with Kubernetes and Ansible handling the infrastructure and deployment. The setup provides a reusable foundation for further websites and keeps their deployment consistent and reproducible.
-
First Website on the New Platform
I helped develop the first website using the new platform and technology stack. The project was used to establish reusable design components and a flexible content structure in Payload CMS. These components and CMS structures formed the basis for adapting the platform to further company websites. The website was developed and deployed within one month.
-
WordPress Websites and Hosting

-
Gourmet Online-Shop
I worked with the agency team on migrating an existing online shop from Magento to Shopify. The work included transferring product data and content from the existing Magento store and integrating it into the new Shopify setup. I also implemented custom frontend components using JavaScript and Web Components to support the shop's specific requirements.
-
Custom Gift Box Configurator
An online configurator for creating custom gift boxes directly in the Shopify store. Customers could select and combine products into their own gift box before adding it to the cart. The configurator was implemented as a custom frontend component using JavaScript and Web Components, integrated with Shopify's product and cart functionality.
-
Online Ticket Platform
I developed the content management side of an online event platform with the agency team. Event information could be managed in one place and made available to the separate frontend through an API.

I returned to Termitel to work on internal software and infrastructure. The work included an iPhone application, CRM development, backend changes, and deployment improvements.
-
iPhone Application
I developed an iPhone application that gave employees access to their personal details and working hours. The app connected directly to the existing CRM and made this information available away from the workplace.
-
CRM Application
I worked with the customer's team on the further development of their in-house CRM. Together, we gradually transitioned the backend from Elixir to Rust while keeping the existing frontend in use. This allowed the technology to evolve without putting the application on hold.
-
Infrastructure
I introduced blue-green deployments for the internal applications. New versions could be prepared alongside the running system and switched over when ready. This made releases less disruptive and gave the team a safer way to deploy changes.

- Agency
I supported an agency on several large-scale digital projects using PHP and Kirby. The work covered content platforms, websites, and a custom online shop, including integrations with existing systems and infrastructure.
-
Medical Association
I developed a content platform for managing and distributing a large body of medical documentation. The underlying content could be maintained centrally while being made available to several websites through APIs, avoiding the need to manage the same information in multiple places.
-
Outdoor Gear Website
I developed a content-driven website for an outdoor brand where a large amount of content had to remain easy to manage while the site stayed responsive. Background processing allowed heavier operations to happen outside the user's immediate interaction, keeping the application practical as the amount of content and functionality grew.
-
Outdoor Gear Shop
I developed a custom online shop that brought editorial content and product sales together instead of treating them as separate systems. The integration with the existing ERP connected the online store with the operational processes behind orders and inventory, while the infrastructure provided room for the application to grow without redesigning the whole setup.

I developed a concept and prototype for a distributed content management system for a large international organisation. The approach balanced local control with a shared technical foundation, with the practicalities of operating many sites considered from the beginning.
-
Global CMS Concept
I designed and prototyped a distributed WordPress installation intended for many independently managed sites. The concept made it possible to combine local publishing with a shared technical foundation, giving the organisation a way to think about consistency and autonomy as parts of the same system.

I was part of a startup building a platform for discovering events and collecting the information around them in one place. The project covered the development of the platform as well as the infrastructure needed to run it.
-
Online Platform
I developed the main platform for presenting events and the information surrounding them. Users could explore speakers, talks, schedules, and other related content without having to piece the information together themselves. Full-text search and structured event data made a large and varied collection of content easier to explore.
-
Infrastructure
I built and maintained the infrastructure for the platform using FreeBSD, Ansible, and DigitalOcean. The environment evolved alongside the application and its growing collection of event data. Automated deployment and infrastructure tasks kept the day-to-day operation manageable over several years.

Website
I developed a website that explained the service, introduced individual producers and their products, and described how ordering and delivery worked. The site gave visitors the context they needed to understand a service built around products and producers they might not know yet.
-
Collaborative Store
I developed a custom store for collaborative group orders using PHP, PostgreSQL, and Stripe. Customers could combine their purchases into shared orders, making it possible to consolidate shipments and simplify the logistics behind smaller individual purchases.
-
Infrastructure
I built and managed the infrastructure from scratch using FreeBSD and Ansible. The setup covered deployment and day-to-day operation of the platform and gave me direct control over how the service was hosted and maintained.
